This progress report covers the no cost extension (NCE) period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020. The NCE was requested by Tebtebba and approved by the WB to allow completion of project activities and maximize remaining funds from the Additional Financing. For Component 1 (National Capacity Building), at least two (2) sub-projects were accorded a cost extension: Royal Society for Protection of Nature (Bhutan) and Hoa Binh Cooperative for Agro-Forestry and Environment (Vietnam). The output of the research on Forest Policies and IP’s Traditional Knowledge and Practices on Sustainable Forest Management and a Facilitators Manual on Forest Carbon Accounting Training for IPs and other Forest Dwellers were printed, and the project’s webpage was enhanced under Component 2 (Regional Exchange).
