As the Secretariat for the AIWN, the program is implementing this  project  intended to define strategies to strengthen the network towards  advancing the visibility and status of indigenous women in Asia. Specifically, it purports to  review indigenous women’s achievements in Asia for  the past 10 years,  harness these achievements and  challenges to define strategies to advance these achievements and initiatives in the light of Agenda 2030 and other processes while  providing  spaces for institutional development for indigenous women and their  agencies to strengthen their visibility and voices in different multi-level platforms. The project is supported by the Leading from the South Programme funded by the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Netherlands co-managed by the International Forum of Indigenous Women ( FIMI) through  its AYNI funds.
